From our very first meeting, Helmut was attentive to every aspect of our building process. He involved us in every stage of the building process and spent considerable time with us going over every last detail. Helmut encouraged us to visit the building site throughout the process to ensure that everything was perfect and to our exact specifications. He keeps his jobsites spotlessly clean and only hires the most skilled and polite tradespeople. Helmut was always onsite to supervise every trade and kept us up-to-date on building progress and the material selection process. In terms of suppliers, Helmut Geimer uses only the best. He was incredibly helpful in directing us to the finest artisans in the region to ensure both high quality and value. Helmut has a phenomenal eye for detail and design and was a tremendous help in guiding us through the material selection process. We have lived in our home for two years and continue to be amazed by the build quality. Even though we are out of the warranty period, Helmut is still happy to come back to answer questions that we have or to take a look at small and expected quirks that arise in the house. He is always so cheerful and patient with us. In summary, Helmut Geimer is one of the most talented, well-respected and experienced home builders in the region and it certainly shows. He took the blueprints of our dream house and turned them into our dream home. We feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to build with Helmut and if we ever decide to build again, we will definitely use Geimer Custom Homes. We offer Helmut our highest recommendation.

Helmut Geimer of Geimer Custom Homes Inc.came highly recommended to us during our search for a builder for our new house. Needless to say, we made the right choice, as it was a pleasure working with him from start to finish. He works along with you at every stage and aspect of construction since you are dealing directly with the owner himself and not with a manager. He was available at all times to make sure your concerns were addressed and dealt with right away. We noted that he has a good working relationship with sub-contractors who were always at the site when needed and he, himself,was always at the job site overseeing construction to make sure everything was being built to your satisfaction. Even after construction is finished,you can still always reach him about any concerns and he will deal with them promptly. Surprisingly, after a year, he called us to ask about any problems that we may have encountered and we were happy to say that there were none to report. We therefore can also highly recommend Helmut and Geimer Custom Homes Inc. for your next project.
